“Customer,” “You,” or “Yours” pertains to the individual submitting an order to AspireBookwriting.com, either on their own behalf or on behalf of someone else.
“Company,” “We,” or “Our” refers to AspireBookwriting.com, a Pasadena,TX-based company registered under applicable laws.
“Product” denotes all services and goods offered by AspireBookwriting.comto the Customer as part of their Order.
“Order” is a request made by the Customer through email or phone to acquire AspireBookwriting.com services or products. Such orders are confirmed with down payments received via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, WesternUnion, or PayPal transfer.
When you submit an Order and/or payment, you are buying the Product solely for your use. Our Products are non-refundable and carry no expressed or implied warranties. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions before making any purchases via this Website.
In order to be fully aware of the privileges and limitations set by the Iconic Ghostwriter Policy, it is crucial that you thoroughly read and comprehend the refund policy.
Change of Mind:
- Prior to our writers/editors commencing work on the project, the Customer is eligible for a full refund.
- In case the Customer changes their mind and decides not to proceed with their project after placing the order, they may request a refund within the first hour of placing the order. A processing fee of 40% will be applicable in all other scenarios.
- After the work has been delivered, Customers can request a refund only after exploring all available options, which are explained below:
- If the delivered work does not align with the project requirements (as documented by the Customer), they can request revisions. We strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions until the desired outcome is achieved. We will re-assign and re-write the work to meet the customer’s specifications.
- Customers can reserve pages of equal value for future use, which can be utilized at any time.
- If the delivered work still fails to meet the requested specifications, a refund may be issued with mutual agreement on a set percentage, but only in cases where the delivery is drastically below the mark.
- Our belief in “On Time Delivery” is unwavering. However, if we fail to deliver the requested service on time, despite at least three attempts to contact us, a refund will be processed. To qualify for a refund, it must be established through documentary evidence that the delay was solely the company’s responsibility.
Refund Time Frame:
- Please note that refund requests must be made within 120 days of delivery. Refunds requested beyond this timeframe will not be considered. It is important to keep in mind the refund deadline when placing your order.
Cases where refund will not be issued:
- If minor technical errors such as grammatical mistakes, missing references, or word count issues result in delayed delivery, we will process refunds on a mutual agreement basis.
- The company will only offer a partial refund or future purchase discounts.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the client. Refunds will not be issued based on the quality of writing.
